Delivery Method
All of our products are delivered electronically. This allows us to keep the cost down by not having to pack and ship the software. Once your Credit Card payment has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order. Shortly after this you will receive another email with a license key and the link to download your software.
Activate your products after purchase.
Once you've received your license keys and down loaded your software, you will be able to activate your products. You will need to enter your key into the appropriate place in the software, and you will then have the choice to activate via the Internet or email.
If you choose to activate via email, please ensure that your activation request is in plain-text format, rather than HTML, so that our server recognizes the activation request.
Refund Policies
If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us with in the first 30 days and we will do our best to solve the problem for you. As this is downloaded and licensed software product we are not offering refunds but every effort will be made to correct any setup problems to get your new soft ware running correctly.
